1st outing since the our orientation camp. Though only about 8 of us turned up, the overall trip was pretty fun. We had fried prawn mee at food republic near wisma after a long wait for a late-comer (Shall not say her name =x). We went to watch a movie:"Spirit of the victim." It was really an interesting movie. It was dream of a dream of a dream and a movie of a movie we watching. Overall, the ghosts in the story were not that scary but then, I was really scared of the screams from people behind my seat.... Made my movie soooooooo exciting -.-" The screaming effect was scarier than the pictures on the movie screen.....

 

Later we had starbucks and a great chat about the next outing and modules. We chatted so long that we forgot the timing! >< In the end taxi somemore la! Spend money again.....

 

School repoening, bidding quite successful...

26th Dec 2006.

Barbeque in the rain.

It was a heavy downpour,

but still,

we persevere.

Together with 4 other guys,

we began our trip.

Eventually,

we decided to barbeque in a pavilion,

and with some quick wits,

we happily started the fire and talked.

Though the atmosphere was dark and pretty scary,

we could still feel the warmth.

Not only though the fire created,

but also the warmth between friends,

and the happiness felt,

because there are still very nice people willing to join,

even though the weather was extremely harsh.

Memorable, and I will definitely no forget this BBQ.

PA retreat.

I personally thought it was more of a sharing session,

than a formal meeting.

At least I realise the meaning of vision, mission and values.

How they really differ from one another.

Will not forget the dinner,

where the big group of people,

played Indian poker and zhong ji mi ma!

The forfeit was scary,

but the atmosphere was light.

In my heart,

I knew that everyone was enjoying themselves,

and thus,

it really felt great ^^

AJC outing.

KTV wasnt my favourite entertainment,

but dont know why,

I enjoyed myself very much.

I guess I do miss them after all!

Remember Mingjian's good voice,

Weiling's friendly character,

Song Yang's quietness,

Peiwen's ever smiling response,

PeiChee's problem with her tuition kids,

WeiQiang's straight comments,

Yong Yuh's wise thoughts and interesting love life,

Yong Xin's perceptions of life,

Jan's witty comments and unique voice.

Suan Kim's shyness to sing and

Weizhi's backup singing.

After KTV,

we ate wantan mee for dinner

and beancurd/drink for supper.

Nice people to be with,

and somehow,

that day,

I was sort of a "superstar"

Everyone was talking about me....

Guess they were interested to know about my life,

after such a long time ^^

The Penang trip "gang" met up at Chinatown,

as usual,

people were late.

Guess its pretty common...

I was excited about the gift exchange,

as I think I put in quite a bit of effort to make it nice =)

Guess everyone was eyeing at my gift too!

We had dinner at Chinatown

and a tea-sharing session afterwards.

We had fun...

I got a gift from Alvin.

A nice fluffy toy.

And my gift went to Xavier,

congrats to him!

Afterwards,

we went to esplanade,

and watched the fireworks.

The fireworks was great!

Best I have ever seen.

Haha, how good it would be if my true love was just beside...

It would have been so romantic ^^

I was totally mesmerised by the works,

that I didnt even blink.

I embraced year 2007 with a good start!

Later,

we played with sparkles,

and the popper!

I really like the effects of the popper!

Its really nice nice nice!

Later,

we had dinner at Lau Pat Sat,

and then headed in search of a taxi...

It was a long wait and a long walk....

3 hours I think~

But I seem to know more about the couple,

Xavier and Xiu Yun.

Still think they make a very good pair.

Lets hope for their bliss and happiness!

One day it will be my turn,

and sure enough,

my friends will wish me the same way too.

 

Just spending on these days,

make me slightly poorer,

but I guess,

the marginal profit I gained,

is definitely much much more than just money.

High 5 to all my friends.
